Ad-free stats provider?

Does anyone know of any ad-free stats provider which gives all kinds of information, like hits, page views etc?

Is making the image 1*1 pixel permitted? I think it's against the TOS of these stats providers.

i'am not sure about the code modification part. But i also need a stats provider who will give me the number of page views.
