yes that would be wrong to ask your visitors to do that...some advertising networks and rules and regulations allow certain "sayings" but im not aware of them. The best way to get clicks is to bring attractive banners to your visitors. you are not alloowed to force them or make them click the banners...

any comments on allclicks? i just thought about that... would he allowed to say that with allclicks?

the area of what allclicks allows for a blind links is a bit grey. I'm sure you are not allowed to write "please click here to support this site", but you could write "click here now if you are not a fool!" But myself would put something like "Bored of this site? then click here for something else." That way the type of traffic you give allclicks isn't as bad.

I think allclicks allows you to click on ANYTHING. I know they endorse people clicking on an enter link, so I would see no problem in saying "Click here to give me 3 cents". Now, if you read the fine print it may say something else, but from what I understand is that as long as a user physically clicks on the link, no matter what it is, text, button, even flash, if they click on the button, they that is legal. So things like loading in a frame are obviously not okay.

It may be all clciks but they have rules, most of them since advertsing collpased, you can not beg for clcik's ect, as sombody has already said though these fall into a gray are wether you don'y know they are ok or not, I guess al clicks only care when they get alot of unprooductive traffic for any site.

Its hard to earn 3 cents oer unique I woudl not like to do it or come any where close to doing it.
