Liquid Web - what has YOUR experience been with them?

Please no heresay, what has YOUR actual experince been with them?

I always read mixed reviews about LiquidWeb.

From my own experience, I have one domain hosted with LiquidWeb since September. I have only experience very little downtime and I haven't had any problems otherwise.

I cannot speak for customer service because I only called for billing support once.

Historically poor tech support.

Search over on WHT, there are many threads on Liquidweb.

Weekend support was non-existant until recently. I'm not sure if it's better due to a change in their business model, or if the owners are simply taking fewer classes now then they used to.

I've had server problems start Friday night that were not resolved until Money morning on at least three occasions. My site was down the entire time. The fix was as simple as restarting mSQL or something equally trivial.
