I seek a free script for my site of free hosting so that when I open an account, that places automatically the banner google adsense in top of the page.

you need to edit mod_layout to get whats know as forced ads.
Regular pain in the --- though, ruins users layouts.

Hopefully not. I have seen free hosts run resellers and manage to force ads upon the users site, but who knows perhaps they had an agreement with their server provider or something else, not quite sure.

If you need root or the host wont let you change it, your only option would be to take it on trust and monitor websites to check for your ads (perhaps even make a script) or use a script that does free hosting, but doesnt utilize cPanel.

www.multihoster.com is a good one, ive tested it before and it seemed to work nicely.
