someone sends money or makes a payment.

if you have a personal account, then no charges are made for a transfer. if a payment is made, a percentage taken out for their fee.

if you have a business account a percentage is taken for all transfers.

the dofference between a business and personal account is only in the amounts of money you can get into the account each month and the ability to get a debit card associated with your account...
