do anybody know of a software or program that i can get so i can have it to where people can log in and out of their own account like myspace

Do you want the script to log in/out the user from other places?

logging out is fairly simple, just dump your cookie folder. But for logging in, you'll have to get permission from the site(s) that you want the script to login people to. (As your script will need the server's MySQL username and password/etc.)

This also can be treated as a hacking attempt if the server is configured in such a way.
