I used them years ago, in theory, I still could, they were good years ago. My account is still active...

Very few services like this and paypal that give you a debit card for immediate access to the cash in the account. So it does have a plus.

Hello all, thank you for your input I just happen to find this service.
I have been using paypal for years no downtime and no problems

Agreed 100%. They were just investigated by the VBI (Virginia Bureau of Investigations) I believe for investment in HYIP programs and possible fraud.

Stick with PayPal.
Look forward to GooglePay.
