Apparently google will be launching a payments system, similar to paypal, to encorporate with Google Base and Google Adsense.
Hope the rumours are true myself :)

Sound good, but if google does too much, not everything can be super great. It may take years before I would use GooglePay, because paypal already has so many people on it.

why not, they have everything else.
Besides, paypal has your credit card #s, but they dont read them. If it got out that Google were reading them then they would ruin reputation completely. They wouldnt want to do that. Their worth too much.

Google's motto is pretty much "Do no evil".
What, friends listen to Endless love in the dark.

Even so, am sure google will get alot of members within a small space of time as its the #1 search engine in the world.

But PayPal is FDIC Insured.

Ok. Say paypal originally was a company that sold raccoon hats and eye patches. They were huge! Then they decided to make an online money system. Just because they're the worlds largest raccoon hats and eye patches retailer, doesn't mean each of their sites will become big.

Believe it or not, it's Google's intention to THINK that they are all over the place.
Competition don't know what they are doing next, cuz no one knows...

I'm beginning to think that Hottweelz would have been a song writer had he not become a host:)
Google pay - hopefully will cause lower transfer fees, paypals are a rip-off.

GooglePay is going to be great. GP is rumored to have no fees. But, who knows how that will work out in the long run. Right now, PP has a death grip on the internet payment industry. StormPay is behind them, waaay behind them.
I'm hoping for the best.
Is that it daddy? Did the penguin tell you to do it?
