but i need somebody to be kind with me and write a small deisription

another thing i can buy master cards from a lebanese bank but can i have a paypal account using it and then recieve gained money by any bank

You basically sign up for an account and get the HTML code to put into the body of your website.

Everything is automatic and you can check your stats on their pages.

You shouldn't need a credit card to sign up. It costs nothing and they mail checks.

What do you mean by free? If you mean no deposit or anual fee try http://www.asapcreditcard.com/ . There are also several cards with intro periods of 0% interest.
