Ok, I need to install mod_perl because JMarshall's CGIProxy uses too many "system resources" (or so my host tells me) JMarshall says that if you install mod_perl, it should help with that.

I have absolutely no clue on how to install this. I don't own the server, and I'm hosted at iiPanel.net. If I can't install this because I have to own the server, then please tell me so I know.

How would I go about installing this, because I have no knowledge of Perl, but I need to install this (if I can) so that my account doesn't keep getting suspended.

Please help! This is very urgent and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you not use iPanel or any CGI programs at all? Why not use a more popular scripting language like PHP with CPanel/ZPanel/etc.?

cPanel uses Perl...

And yes, you do need to own the server and modify httpd.conf in order to install mod_perl.

However:
It is likely that you already have mod_perl installed on your server, but the path that you specified in the program is just incorrect. The most common one is "/usr/bin/perl"

Hm, that makes sense. Well, scratch that idea and just use PHPMyAdmin and noPanel :p
