How Can I Do Mail System ?

I need a mail system which will allow me the following :
1-Preregister or let members register by register link
2-Give Quota to every email
3-Allow members to have nice options like change my password
4-Have a nice design
if anybody could provide me of one to upload ...

I can't speak on his behalf but I wouldnt perfer it. Squirrelmail is really only to check your mail on another computer that isn't yours.

I used to have a script like that for cpanel servers. I think it was called X Mail.

Um Im not sure what it was called. X-mail is the default them for cpanels email management. If I remember what that script was called I will post back here.
