Becoming a Domain registrar

I was wondering how to become a domain registrar and be able to collect 100% of the profits ( Well actually I don't really care about the money), be able to sell other names like .name and .be and stuff like that. That's about it. Thanks!

I don't know your financial situation... but I doubt you have enough money for this. I could be wrong... but becomming a registrar costs tons of money. You'd probably have to take out a loan from the Bank to do it.
