what is the risks of cpanel free hosting

i'm planing to open a free hosting site

some guy's told me not to use cpanel cause it's too dangerous

why is that

i mean what the users can do with cpanel that they can't do with any other control panel like xpanel for example

the guys told me users van upload (some kind of files)
so they can hack into the server or the site

Depending on your server security they are able to do that via FTP, so cPanel does not create the problem, but normaly it does fix it :P

I think your "guys" are talking out there ---.

cpanel doesnt matter, like hosting shack said it depend on ur server security.but any one can brute in so make sure ur password is hard to guess.
