Change default style in PHPBB

Could someone tell me how to change the default style in a phpbb forum? Thanks.

Go to the admin panel, then configuration, and change it there.

Make sure you set to override users style or change it in your profile.

Do what chris207 said and also to add styles, go to administration panel, then scroll down to styles admin, and you'll see add. Click on that. If you don't see and skins to be added, you have to add the folder inside your home/public_html/forums/templates/skinHere, than it will be visible on the add panel.
