Is this possible, to have 2 different reseller accounts on 2 different servers but both directed to the same name servers? how can this be done!

Well it is possible, I think because you can connect to each other by giving each other the domain clusters

I think you've muddled this up slightly.
you can have your domain pointing to 2 different servers, yes
just set up ns1 and ns2 on one server and ns3 and ns4 on the other.
thats what I plan to do if we get a second server.

It is possible, but either your host (knows how to) set(s) it up or you need shell (root) access. Otherwise you could also try some of the free DNS services - same principle.

so on one reseller account you would get private name servers such as ns1.blahblah.com, and ns2.blahblah.com and direct them to the current reseller account. And for the other reseller account situated on another reseller server you would buy more name servers with ns3.blahblah2.com and ns4.blahblah2.com pointing to there servers?
