HostFrog has immediate openings for remote and local positions. Remote positions include technical support, forum posters on our community. Remote positions are NOT PAID positions. We offer services for free(dedicated servers and VPS excluded) for your hard and loyal work. Local positions included Teir1, Teir2 & Teir3 Linux Support Technical personnel. HostFrog is growing at an amazing rate, and we are looking for technical savvy and talented team players to join us.
The local positions are for our Georgia office located in Marietta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dedicated, focus, and energetic. HostFrog is a customer centric company that focuses on quality customer care. The qualified candidate must possess skills to show customer centric attitude.
Duties for local administration include:
- Troubleshooting Linux and Windows based platforms
- Performing scheduled tasks and/or assignments
- Configuring and upkeep with Foundry and Juniper Routing equipment
- Maintaining load balancing equipment
- Monitoring servers and network outages
- NO CUSTOMER CONTACT INVOLVED
Skill Requirements
- Linux and/or Windows background
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must have ability to multi-task
- No Criminal History (this applications will be IMMEDIATELY refused)
- Certifications a plus, but not required
**This position is full time 40 hours per week.
Salary: This position pays $30K-$45K per year depending on previous experience.
Our remote positions are for individuals looking to get their foot in the door with a successful web hosting provider. This position includes answering trouble tickets, answering support related questions in a pre-sales environment, and forum posting on our community only. No other forum besides our own. This position also includes knowledge of cPanel, Plesk, Linux, and Windows. If you are an individual who possess skills in ONE or more of the following fields...WE NEED YOU!

- Answering support tickets through OSTicket and Email
- Some phone contact is required but NO call ins
- Forum posting on OUR community only.
Skills Requirements:
- Linux and/or Windows background
- Strong problem solving skills
- cPanel and/or Plesk advanced skills
- Ability to work 4 or more hours per day
- No Criminal History (These applications will be IMMEDIATELY refused)
