Yes, we use phpBB as our ground program but have done around 800 programming hours to modifiy it and create new addons such as a custom templating system that allows you to create new custom layouts with point-and-click ease.

Thank you, we are still working on great features like a "MOD Center" (suppose to be done last week) that allows people to enable/disable their favorite features with one click.

We are also adding a better (and very impressive IMHO) portal system that is very customizable, allowing users to move blocks around, restrict access to various features, play radio, and much more :)
