Security Risks?

Hello,

We are looking to allow users to customize their message board's header and footer by submitting html through a little content box in their admin panel.

What are the security risks to allowing users to do this. I've heard a lot that HTML can allow them to frig around...

Well, all they can frig around with is their forum...

They can put their ad code in there and if you display ads, it might break the TOS of your ad network as well as theirs.
