I have been using liveregistry.com to register my domain and when it came due to renew (they don't have an auto renew feature) I couldn't renew my domain. I've logged onto my account with them and could not renew the domain name I have renewed with them before using the same account login information. I have opened 'high' priority tickets and tried to contact them via their email addresses and online submission requests with no avail. It's now day 2 and my business site is down and therefore email service is down. I only use them for domain name registration but since my domain name is expired and in 'locked' status, my web hosting is of no use.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do or another means of contacting these people??
