I won't be updating anytime soon...
There's too many extensions I just can't do without.

I agree with Bruce, I won't be using it until plugins/patches from earlier versions are made for it. (EX: IEView)

I'm using it now and there are not really any obvious differences from previous versions of Firefox.

:confused4 - why isn't it called 1.6 then. Has anybody found major differences?

Many of the planned 2.0 features are still a work in progress. 2.0 Final is not expected before this Fall.
But here are the major changes from 1.5:

I'm using it since yesterday. It's kinda the same.. A little faster maybe and it has the same icon they use for Linux

Actually, no. Many Linux builds have it for several reasons, such as the fact many Firefox installs on Linux are custom compiled, either to do with architecture or to get it running even faster. It has the unofficial build branding. Only official release builds can use the Firefox name and logo.

Its not that bad actually.. it is that slightest bit quicker then the normal firefox.. but its still not as quick as opera somehow

Looks like a bunch of tweaks and bug-fixing; nothing worthwile.

Well, honestly now, what else "worthwile" is there to add?
It already does pretty much everything.

I can't wait for this version to be official. Like Bruce, there are too many extensions I use and everytime I upgrade to a new version of Firefox, it's such a pain in the --- trying to get them [the extensions] all working.
Which firefox would fix this damn memory leak issue!

this new tab system reminds me of opera, it's speed did increase...lots of dialup users will notice it, i dont see anything else different...but it is very stable tho...
