Indeed. We also require a small amount of monthly impressions to apply. That way we can ensure traffic for the banners :)

No Fantastico. Fantastico is only for paid accounts, but you have phpBB avaiable for instalation. Banners should be placed on every page, on a visible spot.

Ad code will be delivered along with account details if your site is aproved
