problem updating the NameServers at namecheap

I have my TLD registered at namecheap and when i tried to change name servers at namecheap, it gave this error and said



here is some problem updating the NameServers
The problem is: Failed to get registrar lock

There is some problem getting the NameServers
The problem is: Cannot get list of existing nameservers

any idea how can it be solved? btw, i have already contacted my hosting & namecheap and expecting reply.

the problem was with registrar lock. problem solved.
