I figure these domains are at least a couple $xxx.

I have seen a few of these free appraisal places and they leave a lot to be desired ;) They could give a domain $100,000 value just because it is one word. Of course the one looking to sell it believes it is accurate because the appraisal said so, even if to the observer it is a weird unbrandable name.

I know I ran one of mine though one a few years ago and appraisal service said it was worth $10,000, but I know if I ever put it up for sale, I doubt it would get more than the registration free :p
