Make sure none of your clients are using e107 and make sure there are not many large forums.

Out of interested, can you show us the CPU(s) that the server is using? (Log into WHM and click: Server Information, then post the CPU information)

There is not much a reseller can do to reduce server load, the server owner should be constantly going into the running processes list and contact people or resellers who have problem sites.

Sounds like a bit harsh to me that they have that in their TOS. And I thought I was strict. :spider:
I would suggest what the others have said. Make sure there are no large forums, disable e107 from your feature list if you can and also make sure there are no HyIP Sites and other sites that may be running illegal stuff that would generate high volumes of visitors such as Warez etc. Also sites that are running mail spam programes.

Why? What restrictions do you set? (Sorry if it's an offtopic post :P, i'm just interested :))

Our TOS explains it all and we follow it very closely.
