I have exactly $10 USD in paypal, I need 2 domains, anyone know where I can get paypal domains for $5 or less?

Do you want .com .net .or or something cheap like .info .biz. us which can be like $5 or less. If you want the .info .biz .us then pm i can tell you where to buy.

if it is paypal then try namecheap. u can get 2 .info domains and save $2 out of $10.
