true their support sucks.

Wrong, their support just cool. And they dont accept paypal of course. They accept egold, moneybookers, wire transfer and Credit Card. Once they support stormpay, but now they dont as stormpay stopped transaction without auction rules.

Furthermore, it seems that there is only 1 person on live support. I talk to that same person everytime. Support takes some time to go through, that's true.

Registerfly is the worst company on the Internet, bar none.

They have a broken support ticket system, their geotrust SSL generator won't work, you can't get support on the phone, the guy on live chat will argue with you if you mention their website has problems, they double charge your credit card, they will lie to your credit card company if you dispute the charges. Don't say you have not been warned!

You need to backup your statement with actual proof!

registerfly took money from my bank account and didn't even register the domain i wanted in my name. i paid by echeck. everytime i wrote them they said they needed my last four digits of my credit card. i kept telling them that i used an echeck. finally they took my transaction number or something and asked me which domain name i wanted. all this took close to 2 months. i have never tried registering a domain with them since.

if your rich and can throw money around use RF, but if you want to have a good domain registrar GET AWAY FROM REGISTERFLY.... they will screw you over, take your money and sell your domain to a client...... and you can't do ANYTHING about it.... I don't even know how ICANN even accredited them.....
