I've just looked over my many domain names... and found that I actualy have a pagerank 4 on one of them... Wow...
Is this normal? Because the domain has been inactive for ages!
Should I start to develop this site quickly to keep the pagerank?

It depends on if you are willing to do it.

Google changed their algorithm recently - which had some strange consequences (we have a site that is less than 2 months old and has PR5). Your site may have been affected by those.
For the development: changing content usually carries a penalty if I understand SEO people correctly.

Well the domain in question has just had the basic directory tree with nothing on it (Created via WHM, nothing added) for well over a month :P
PS; Domain in question is: hosting-shack.net, and it still gets 30+ uniques a day... I've just added a forum, i'm going to be milking this for all it's worth :)
