Ok, i've not seen allot on iPower around here (Maybe because many members don't have credit cards? or don't trust iPower with their details?) but i decided to try them out.

What a load of sh*t. I wont be using them again. They charged my creditcard 4 days ago, I ordered 7 days ago.

In the opening email, it states:
You will receive an account setup confirmation within the next 24 hours with
instructions on how to access your account. If you have any questions regarding this invoice, please feel free to contact us at
order@ipower.com. We appreciate your business and look forward to a great relationship! Well... It was 48 hours later, they had just charged my credit card so I sent them an email.

They autoresponded to my email with:
Thank you for contacting iPowerWeb’s Billing Team.

Your Billing inquiry will be resolved by one of our associates as soon as possible.

iPowerWeb Billing Team I also then submited a ticket in their support desk. Ive been waiting 4 days now for a responce to my emails, and 7 days for my domain to be registered. it seems they have just taken my money and ran!

I can't call them, as they ask for my customer number, and as I have not got my information yet, I cannot give them a customer number.

Anyone else had any bad experiances with iPower?

Sure do. I ordered a domain back in March, with no trouble.

So, I thought i'd order 6 more this month..... I regret that now. I've been billed 4 times for the domains, and they still say that I haven't paid for the domain names. Plus, It takes forever to get ahold of a support agent. Luckily, the person I got spoke plain-english (surprisingly). :)

Plus, I hate their control panel. OpenSRS, or vDeck.
