ya lo! no MySQL at the free plan. Language restriction is a no good actions. Chinese more than 5000 Years of history and ruled at today's world most used language.

You should register 10 accounts through proxy server. then you will get one or two.

That's one way to do it ;). This weekend only will be open sign-ups. Every account signed up will be created. Accounts are created around midnight CST each evening.

Again, from now until Sunday every account will be accepted, the lottery is off(You will still receive the Email saying it's on).
