As a client, I am going to share my experience with them.
I signed up but I didn't received my activation code. Then, I wrote a kind e-mail to their support but they didn't reply. My next step - I tried their forum and asked for help there. But they deleted my short and kind message, my registered account and then banned my IP address with absolutely no explanation, so I was unable to signup again.
As you see, they pretend to be professionals but at the same time they act like amateurs. They cannot even communicate with their users - no support! This is the worst hosting service I've ever seen. In the past, they lied people that their services are add-free, then denied FTP upload. These clowns even used to announce paid services which is so hilarious when combined with the funny link "professional hosting" and the serious downtime, that they can even make a circus career with all this stuff.
As a thankful user, I always recommend my providers. And my recommendation is to avoid host.sk at any cost! Judge for yourself but how can a user trust them and decide to upgrade his account and pay, if he is screwed up with his free account? And consider this - for more than 8 years host.sk are still unable to gain professional experience in both technical and communicative manner.
