hi all ,

does it matter how much far my users from my server
let's say i'm in UK and i have a server in china
does that mean i'm going to need more bandwith ? from other host in UK ?

You'll need a fast connection. At least 50 Mbps (I think) to get normal speeds

100mbps would be optimal.

I think you're confusing some terms:

100 Mbps/50 Mbps/10 Mbps/etc.. = Bandwidth
1000 GB = Monthly Data Transfer

That has nothing to do with speeds, data transfer is pretty self explanatory.

Although China isn't exactly "optimal" to have a server. Loads of restrictions and whatnot.
