Umm, I don't think the script is a scam necessarily because all it really does is create a sitemap.xml file for your site automatically. So it could be legit, but from the format of the site I have my doubts.

You can get your site spidered pretty easily by submitting your site to the engine, I believe. Been a while since I did that stuff.

Yes, there are loads of services that can do this same thing for free or very cheap. No reason to spend 97 bucks on some magical secret. Live and learn though!

Spiders use up a lot of bandwidth I noticed. Awastats reported 48MB in spider usage this month. Is that normal?

Yeah. Especially since spiders now spider images for image searches. They'll go through your entire site and download all the HTML and images that are linked to. It adds up.

That explains it. I have 334 images in my image gallery and counting :lol:.
