What a stupid thing Wal-Mart is up to now. If Wal-Mart Ruled the world, we couldnt use our smilie faces :-) here!

Wal-Mart is embroiled in a legal dispute over the smiley face image which it wants to trademark in the US.

I swear this country, sometimes companies do the dumbest things.

Trademark and copyrights rights in the U.S have gotten out of hand. The trademark office receives twiceas many as it did a few years ago because it allows corporations to trademark terms like "Windows" or "office" or pictures like smiley faces. The trademark office is no longer focused on what it was intended on doing. It's kinda sad.

i used to be happy to live in such a great country, but now it just seems to be going to sh1t. it is rediculous the things that are being trademarked now. even Paris Hilto with "that's hot", and now is going to do the same with "that's sexy" supposidly.

Donald can trademark "Hello" With all his millions. It's all about the money. The trademark business is as disgusting as insurance: Paying money for absolutely nothing.
