I've noticed that lots of new members have bumped old topics (2003, 2004, etc..). I think they're using the search engine to search for hostees and they post an offer without even checking the date.
This can get really annoying.. Just my two cents :-)

Just report it and we'll either delete their post and close the thread or move their post into a new thread if it warrants a new thread.
I've always wondered why mods don't delete threads but simply close them...

Some threads have good valueable information in it and so we close them so others can read them, but not respond to them and bring back a 3 year old thread.

I delete any new posts, close the thread, and let it rest in peace where it belongs.
If someone bumps an old thread with a question, I'll move that post to a new thread, and close the old one.

A little "population control", eh? Like you do with deer. Sounds like an idea.
