Dedicated or Mini Server?

Ok I don't have a lot to spend but my partner and I think we can probably fork out about $30.00 USD a month through paypal.
I need someone who can host a myspace site I own a reseller and I keep getting auto suspended due to high http req. they tell me I need to upgrade to a dedicated so that doesn't happen. So here I am Looking for one.

I need at least:

7.5-8GB (the more the better) Space
85-100GB data transfer
MUST SUPPORT PHP
I don't care what type of panel it has so long as it works.

haha yeah that makes perfect sense. I was reading over your site for a bit and do you create your own scripting or is it premade already?

If you are looking to go semi dedicated then that is essentially what our business plans are anyway. We support much higher resource tolerance than shared hosting plans, the only real restriction is that if your scripts are poorly coded and hammering the server then it will have to be pulled down if it affects the other sites in a negative way. With business plans this process is discussed rather than simply pulling the site offline, unless of course shutting down your site is causing other sites to become offline.
