It's a very good design also good color co-ordination, but the advertisement ads at the beginning are a slight annoyance.

Nice layout, but you need some character pictures. A nice 'rotating' banner would be perfect, ie. when you first load it features Samus from Metroid, refresh banner features Bomberman, etc etc. It definitely needs some character/game art to liven it up.
I suggest you include GBA games in your Nintendo sections as well, being that GBA is still fairly recent and anyone who has a DS will still be buying and playing some GBA games thanks to the backwards technology.
All in all, very slick design, great colour choice. Add some character/game artwork and you'll be all set :).
I'm especially impressed that you've even got cheats for the best game I have ever played -- Beyond Good & Evil. Very underrated game, but truly brilliant. As one review said, 'This is a game you will see on your shelf and smile' .. If you want a review/artwork for that game I'd be happy to supply :).

I also suggest if you can to make the buttons change color at the page you're at. Like, the Home page by default is a blue color, and is bigger than the other buttons, I suggest you do that for each button if you're on that page.
