How to set up a free forum hosting service

You would need space, bandwidth, and the multi-forum creator script for starters.

Yeah, you'll need a multi-forum script, I suggest google'ing it up. Or maybe it's on hotscripts.com never tried to check. You're hosting to need hosting aswell.

right i have the bw and webspace but now could someone provide me a link to a multiforums host please

Presuming you want PhpBB or IPB, I would go with sebflipper.com
Not great but it creates the forums.

Otherwise, you could have someone create one for you, which would probably cost a few grand.

Do a search over web host directories and also take a look @ H-Sphere's Partner Page (http://www.psoft.net/resellers.php). I think atleast one of them may help you in meeting your requirements.
