ahhhh, finally, a properly done page that is meant to stretch across almost any screen properly. glad to see that you did that right. the only problems i really see are a couple images. the header gets a little messed up looking when you resize, and there is a better way to do what you are trying to do by using css so that it wont get messed up, or at least as much. you might want to consider removing the dots, otherwise you will need to make a pages that is a fixed size that will fit on any screen size. that is just one option. the other problem i see is the image that is supposed to be on the left side of the main text area is missing.
the only other thing you have that i hate is a tree menu, but that is just me. i think they are annoying, but since you have such a large menu, i guess it is nessessary. good start, and good luck

the dots dont work in FF or in IE, but i am check ing it in both. everything else essms to be working besides the image in the main txt area. the blue part is there now, but the pic to the left of the txt is not shoing up. also, the right column is a lot longer then the left colums. move some stuff to the left side of the page to even it out more. also, the right colums is only there on the home page, but not the others. you should either remove it from the home page, or add it on the others.

find and remove this from the code.
<td align=center class=infolt width=25%>
<a href="modules.php?name=News&new_topic=0"><img src="" border="0" Alt=""></a><br /><br /><a href="modules.php?name=News&new_topic=0"><b></b></a></td><td width=75% class=infort valign=top align=left>
that way it will look like the rest of the main text areas on the site

the design is very nice..
i think the buttons are a bit bigger than the text in them.
overall, the design looks professional and attractive.
