#1 is better even though I dont like any of them sorry to say :-(.

I would start on a new design, add more content, some better images etc etc.

you need new designs all together. you are getting better, but still need improvement. both look really cluttered around the top nav area too. clan it up. and if it is for a hosting company, go look at some hosting templates to get some ideas, because they look nothing like hosting templates.

I actually am making an effort to design my own hosting site rather than buy a template monster template and I get people being deconstructive.

How about rating these hosting website designs.

Those are all pretty good. You would want to note that all those sites prob. had their templates made unique by a team of designers for several hundred dollars if not thousands.

I don't get it.
Those designs are good but they don't have a polished packaged professionalism.

That one is better. However, maybe make a background image, so that it tiles to suit each page. I cannot rate this however, as it is not a live link!

It all just looks very cheap and amateurish.
