If that's your budget, you're better off going with a shared hosting plan. 10-12$ won't be enough for someone to sell you a VPS for. Unless they're insane. Or it depends on how much Space, & bandwidth you require and how much of the other features. Please post that when making requests.

You can get a VPS in that price range from VPSLink.com. They don't have control panels or anything tho, just a plain one to manage the OS, but you should be able to install webmin easilly via shell.

Oh, I thought he meant WITH control panels & fully managed. Anyways, that's why requests should be more descriptive.

Well I'd be willing to add another $10 or so to have a managed, WHM/cPanel. But I already have a reseller now. I want to move up =)

WHM/cPanel will cost alot more then 10$ and fully managed usually is like 30$+

So I would say cPanel/WHM = 15-25$ additional
And Fully managed = 30$-60$ additional
