A little bid of advice here. There are some very good hosts on these forums, and there are some very bad hosts on these forums.

for $30/month you should be able to get: 15GB Diskspace and 150GB Bandwidth. If they are offering you more than this, check how long they have been in buiness for (do a whois on their domain) if it's less than a year, beware!

I would recomend Hosting Department tho, but i'm not sure if they alow adult content.

3.how much dedicated ips will be got? (2 for your own name servers + 1 shared ip, if you need more we can alocate you some more ips free of charge)
