Well, my favorite is using namecheap.com using the coupon BASTVALUE and you can purchase it for 7.99$/yr. with PayPal or CC.

I've heard domainsrightnow.com you register your domain for 10yrs. for only 7.85$. That's what I heard though, not 100% sure.

1and1 offers 5 free .info domains to new customers. Not sure if they take Paypal though.

No, they only accept CC because they want to charge you when that free year ends ;)

Cheapest domains you gonna get with paypal are priced at $7.99 or more.
I personally think www.dynadot.com is the best, very fast and they aren't a reseller ;)
www.Domainsite.com aint bad either, but the control panel is a bit advanced and hard for beginners to use.
both charge 7.99a year for their domains for their good packages.

Then, I continue on when with my first suggestion. "NameCheap.com" Just use 7.99$ US/yr. Via. Paypal or CreditCard, and purchase the domain using the BESTVALUE coupon code.
