Help getting started

Hi

I am going to be buying a VPS from http://www.webfusion.co.uk/
I am wanting to set up a free hosting service and a paid service. I was hoping to have an automated sign up for both. I was also hoping to get an automated sign up script for free so people can sign up for a free or paid service. I also wanted a free script to force ads. I would like to payments for paid hosting to go to my paypal account.

Now I realy don't know where to start, I am new to the hosting buisness. If you have any info on how to do any of these things please post. If you think I havent thought of something I need to do to start a hosting service then please post also. :confused4

I must have read the word "free" like a hundred times on that post. If you want to have a reliable service, put some money on it ;)

You are going to purchasing a VPS for like £20 - £46 so you might as well buy the sign up script for another 50 USD or something. It's only going to be like another month of hosting anyways.
