the background image needs to be allot darker brings the eyes away from the template and the actual content you want your veiwers to read

i am not one for placing google ads at the top of the site even though you probably get the most clicks having them there, i just dont like it. other than that, the site itself is very nice and clean. i like the graphics. good job
