Hey,
I'm looking for a UK/European VPS with at least 256mb of ram. My budget is about £15 a month (~25 Euros and ~30 USD) - I would prefer it if the VPS has some form of control panel set up (can be an open source/free one if necessary to meet the budget - although cpanel would be preferred). I'm not exceedingly picky on bandwidth or hard disk space (50gb bandwidth 5gb hard disk space would be fine).
Although I would be happy to accept a European server, the support/interface will need to be in English.

You won't get anything like that for £15 you need to double your budjet to about £30. Cpanel you would need about £35. Check your pms.
