The Banners(480*60) will be placed in the header of vBulletin templates. The text links will be in the footer on all pages.
Yes, You can request any custom placement too. Check the forum link at my signature and find a good placement. Then PM me or post here.

Is buttons available? Also i'm interested in the Text links for $4/month.

Can you agree with that? For banners i can pay a max of $8/month in header.
