Nice and clean, good job :) The only thing I can say is make the ads match the site and make the logo stand out. :)

the site is simple and nice.
but there is no introduction or description on the main page so that even if those who dont know about the service may know about that.
better if you describe your service in a few lines and give some instructions however simple they may be.

i tried to register for a new account, and on the 'terms' page it just keeps refreshing and doesn't submit, though i select the radio button for "i agree"

reminds me of evey other file sharing site that people are making. it looks clean and nice, but the web is just flooded with these sites now.
