why didnt you leave the nav in the area it was meant to go in up in the header? by adding in the nav where you did, it throws the whole site off, and looks terrible. also, by adding the shoutbox below the table area that has the border on both sides throws it off. the border thing is supposed to go to the bottom of the page, but by adding in the stuff below it, it makes it not look right. you headers and links are a way bigger font than the actual content, so you should make those fonts a little smaller to match up better. the header and link fonts should be the bold fonts, not the content font. make the header images larger, about 770px to maybe 775px wide, and make the actual page larger, so that you dont have so much emply space. if there are not enough tabs in the header image to fit your menu, then ad a sub nav to the left of the main content area so that it doesnt look weird anymore. you can easily add it in without recodeing everything bu using...

so, an overall reating of the site, i would have to give it a 3.5/10. you seem to have a decent template, now just put it to use properly, and you will end up with a great site. nice try. keep working at it, and it will be nice.
