Hello

I would like to request live video streaming 24/7. Here is what I need:

20 viewers maximum for now
96 Kbit/sec bitrate maximum
I will be streaming wmv videos.

What do you want if not shoutcast? And what is wrong with the site you link to? Why don't you order there?

i believe he want to stream video using programme such as window media encoder etc...

I will broadcast live from my computer.

Also I want the windows media encoder as i said before.
