your budget went up $5 from last request you made and your requirements skyrocketed. I would suggest you sit down and evaluate your needs, wants, affordability, and path you choose to take.

1and1 has horrible tech support. If you need alot of support/help I recommend you turn away from 1and1.

1and1 does not offer reseller accounts anyway so it really would not help you out.
resellers have to priced accordingly from the provider you wish to choose. If you see someone offering a high amount of resources for peanuts their business model does not quite make sense. With shared hosting accounts the chance of a referral is pretty good, but with a reseller account it is non existent.
Unless of course they are banking on your failure so they will absorb your customers.
I know when we sell a reseller account I make the client fully aware that we are there to support their business and to get them off the ground...hence our higher cost. I personally see a resellers failure as our failure

i was wondering...should i just buy a dedi server monthly? and just set up a reseller using that..like installing Zpanel myself and such?

well dedicated servers are miles away in budget in comparision to a starter reseller account. There is management to consider then, unfortunately it isnt as easy as slapping a server up and putting zpanel on and start making money.
If you wish to outline what you would like to accomplish by either getting a dedicated/reseller/vps/whatever send me an email admin @ availnetworks.net I'll save the sales pitch and give you real advice

Okay, because you're asking for a large amount of resources you may want to go thru with a VPS. Might be a bit expensive but if you want hosting, man get quality over the price. Pay a little more to get the quality you want.

well you could get a unmanaged dedicated for around $90 with control panels, etc. But the problem lies in the management. I assume you do not have experience running a dedicated and would therefore need someone to properly secure it and get you moving.
I would say spend some money on a decent reseller account and then put some cash towards site design and advertising

so just go with like 20-30 dollar reseller then...later on get a dedi? ah sounds good

as Avail said, its really early to get a dedicated at this stage, a reliable reseller package is much better choice for you and in the future as you grow you can head towards a dedi. or a vps.
